Description

Experience a fitness and mindfulness training in Ibiza. An amazing mindfulness training will add mobility in your life by introducing you to yoga and new ways of fitness with perfect stretching. Your back will love it!

Your workout makes you stronger. Improving your diet makes you leaner. This makes you feel better, more energetic. But what happens when you don’t stretch? Nothing. For a while. But one day you will wake up with a slight pain in your lower back, as you roll out of bed. You instinctively try to stretch it out. Something’s wrong..

Adding some yoga or fitness and stretching in your life will make a difference. It will create a more mobile body, which is capable of performing better. Having a mobile body is essential for your satisfaction. It will bring you into a state of mindfulness, in which you will feel more alive and young.

Our professional fitness and yoga instructor will take you through an intensive fitness and yoga training with some amazing stretching. He will make sure you will feel like reborn after this session.

Here is an example of one of our routines: - Five-minute warm-up jog, treadmill Sprint - 90 seconds Mobility Work - Pigeon (Glutes), 60 second hold, repeat five times - Incline Treadmill Sprint, 90 seconds - Mobility Work, Hamstring - Thoracic Extensions on the Foam Roller (60 seconds Repeat five times..:)) - Sometimes a muscle needs to “wake up” a bit with an intense and happy stretch.
